dynamically changing themes for different users in ASP.net 3.0 or higher

I have a website application with a number of users. i would like to give a theme selection page for the users. So each user can select a theme. My web application was developed is ASP.net 2.0. In each page i got the theme value for the user from Database. But i don't know the procedure for set the theme dynamically based on a value from Database. So please give the solution for set the theme dynamically on each page in ASP.net based on the user selection. and send me some advice as to a direction I could pursue. What would be considered the best practice for this sort of thing? I am fairly new to web development, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
