Database Synchronization in c#.net.

I am working in c#.net and using visual studio 2010 framework is 4.0

I want to synchronize database. the server database is a hosted website database.and the local database is used for running windows application.My need is to keep concurrency of data between these databases....very clean and accurate data is storing is needed here....please geiv me a manual or other methods to solve this prblm correctly...
