I have customized MSI using ORCA MSI editor (Also using SuperORCA) to show Modify radio button on repair/remove maintanance dialog screen. On selection of Modify-->click ReInstall button I am successfully redirecting to a screen where User can select different Installation options. Now after selecting installation options and clicking Next I want MSI to install/reinstall the selected option. But somehow instead of installing it looks like MSI is doing repair. Now How can I forced MSI to install/reinstall the selected options?

If I remember correct, MSI packages check the registry for certain key values, and based on that, displays the repair flow or a new installation flow. You might need to modify some variables inside the MSI installer by writing some MSI custom actions, but am not sure of you can use ORCA for that. You could rewrite the installer using Windows installer XML (WiX) and customize/modify the installation/repair workflow the way you want.
