Problem in displaying unicode displaying in Asp.net

Hi I have a project that is developed by Asp.net(vb.net).
This project is developed for Persian language.
when I run it in Internet Explorer for testing it it show me Persian string in bad format.
I set my web site in IIS and other PC network can see webforms right but in host my webforms show like this image

My problem is just with IE and the text is in Query String.

Hi ,
Are you sure that data stored in Db in correct format and if it yes you retrieve the Data in what control
