How to convert any video file into .flv file in asp.net ?

Hi,
I am looking for the asp.net c# code which can convert any video file into .flv format.
i have got some application with software like ffmpeg that works but they are trial version.so i don't want to buy it.is there any alternative solution or software converter which can easily convert to .flv format with free.

ffmpeg cannot have trial version because this is open source software...
