SetUp a Project with two radio button option

I have developed a Windows application in Visual Studio 2008 with C# which uses a SQL Server2005 database. i am using localization in my project.i want to give two radio button option in setup time first radio button is marathi and second one is english.when user select one of them on setup time than my whole project will run on that particular language only.
How i can set that in my code so that project will run on that language only?
plz help me!
