There are lot's of third party tools you can buy. To name few:
- DevExpress[^]
- ComponentOne[^]
- Infragistics[^]

They all have their own kinds of grids to show the data. Depending on the technology you use you may want to investigate different packages of the vendors (ASP, WPF, Forms and so on)
