Dear All,

Somebody please help me on what I can write on Strip Private Symbols property
in Visual C++ Project Properties.

Visual studio ---> Project Properties -----> Linker----> Debug ----->


Strip Private Symbols------------?

Since there is no options in this filed, I am bit confused on what I will write!!!

Can I write any customized name? or any specific keyword should I write here

this link is appropriate for VS 2003, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012

I havnt tried it myself (/PDBSTRIPPED) ...one thing to note is you can only do this if in fact you are creating a .pdb file (I think this mentioned in the page the link points to)

btw, I did a test late last night with vs2005 and defined a new c++ (console) project, and the settings were there - good luck dude, hope you sorted it
