Tkinter screen help gui

Hello,
For school I have a pretty important project wich contains making a certain screen in Tkinter.


The screen I'm supposed to make (I would insert a picture but cant?) has a grid on it which contains information that sensors will measure. Further some more labels and on top there should come some buttons.
I thought the best way to start the project would be to try making the screen, no sensor inputs etc yet.

Could someone help me on how exactly you would start on this, what functions you would use too get certain things on the screen.
Or maybe you have info for me i dont know yet and would make my life easier...

Now I've watched some tutorials and made some little projects like click a button on the screen and a led goes on or a buzzer activates. But I dont know how to start on the project.
