a multi platform dictionary app

Hey, i'm just an ordinary student, currently on highschool, got ZEROO knowledge on how to build an "app" and I would like to get an idea or at least an easy way to do it, any pages or programs suggested?

The main idea for this app is to search a word with suggestions below, (like when you are searching something on google) and then have the definition of the word you wanted.

If you really want "easy", pick an easier task. This is a pretty difficult one, if you want good results. And, I would say, if you want something easy, don't go in for programming. There are too many easy going people; it something is easy, experience users can work around without any software developers...

If you don't know anything about programming, it will be extremely difficult to build an application. Do you have any programming experience?

You say you have zero knowledge of how to build an app, what you don't say is if you know any programming languages.

So do you have a dead line ? it's just you mentioned your a student at high school, so is this homework or something you wish to develop ?

You have also tagged iphone and android, do you own any of these devices ?
