Unable to load content of large file in web browser control c#

I am not able to load the entire content of a text file in web browser control c#.The file size is nearly 12079KB.How do I fulfill this requirement?Is it possible to refresh the web browser content based on its current scroll positions?Please help me...

I am using webbrowser.DocumentText to load the file content but the entire content is not loaded in the webbrowser control...
