What do you mean by "validation menu"? Perhaps it's called something else. Why don't you explain what you are trying to accomplish and maybe we can suggest something else?

If you're talking about a section in the ToolBox, there is no Validation section. The only control in the ToolBox that has anything to do with validation is the ErrorProvider, which you can find under All Windows Forms.

...unless you're talking about a different application type that is... you never told use what kind of app you're talking about.
