How to have a grid in autoscroll panel ?

I have a grid with some controls on it , which I created them ... so when I scroll the grid, those controls doesn't move with scroll and actually they lost their places on the grid...

so how can I scroll it ?!?
and I use the autoscroll panel and put grid in it...but the problem is that the scroll doesn't stop on the grid selection area and jump to the first place...

plz plz help me!
