How to add reference of ajax toolkit to bin folder in asp.net in vs 2010

I am using vs 2010. I want to add reference of ajax toolkit dll to bin folder. But when I right click on the bin folder there is no option iike add reference. How to add reference to that bin folder in vs 2010. Its urgent. Any help will great appreciate/
