MultiThreading for Beginners in c#

Hi,
My threading field is very poor. Can you guys help me how to use threading. I mean multithreading.

Plz help as a beginners. I searched so many times on net but still not get good information about how to use it properly.
I have a basic knowledge about it that it is used for doing multiple task simultaneously. But I want to understand it how to use it in coding.
Plz explain it with a good programming example and also refer some sites for it or pdf
