How to consume WCF Service using MVC 4 Application

Hi all ,

Can any one quickly send me nice URL ,which has simple step by step approach with diagrams for sample project like CRUD operations using ASP.net MVC 4 + WCF service + EF in VS2010 along with sql server 2008 database. It will be good if it is a three tier architecture project ( with DAL,BLL,Application layer )
