streamRipper for winamp
Sample Image - streamRipper.jpg

Introduction

streamRipper is a little program that I wrote when I was listening to the winamp online music. I wanted to listen to the music even when I was offline. So I thought, why can't I write a small plugin which will rib the music for offline play. Sometimes, we can use this plugin to separate the audio track from the video track.

Usage

Just put this dsp_streamRipper.dll to winamp plugins directory.

Go to winamp preference dialog box in dsp plugin section, select the dsp_streamRipper as active plugin.

Set folder path to save ripped files.

Click record button to record.

Click stop button to end recording.

Conclusion

I'd like to thank my brother (RathaKrishnan) for doing some quick testing for me. Of course, there might be a few bugs left for all I know. But I am hoping on getting some quality feedback and suggestions.
