a ActiveX control (Source Code Exist) .

if Drag & Drop this to form , change your form to skinable Form.

see Screen Shot.

for run source code downloads "source code" & "Skin"

I download SkinableForm from http://www.planet-source-code.com/ but this program create Skinable Form at run time .

then I change This to Design Time .

Notice: if error download then copy Address and paste to IE Address bar and press Enter
