"Know the Market" is what I think would be an application any business would need to learn, study and understand the businesses in a specific market domain one is looking for, the application can be used to track the growth of a certain type of businesses located in a specific region operated in a specific time period and run
by a specific organization (ex: veteran, women owned etc).

This Application is going to be a Windows 8 Application where all the data is processed for the business depending on the criteria and intelligence decisions are suggested with so much related information. Windows Azure services are going to be used for a better elasticity and reliability.

Any business looks for data they can use to pre-process their decision of starting a business relation with any other entity. Having that information in hand would give them a better perspective towards the market they are focusing on. With the rich data set that D&B holds would let us get that data and process it for any business need.

D&B is a very well known entity with over 215 million business records containing very useful and critical information which can be used/consumed by any business entity to learn more about the market and about a specific business before they get into it. This data can be analysed for any specific need for a company from being a supplier or even looking for one.

Graphs focused on type of business, income range, area focused etc can be drawn from the data, which would then let any business understand the market before they make any decisions.
