Please, regarding the 1000US$ prizes you are saying end of the month.. but when specifically ? now it is 25 July.. If I submit now do I still have chance to receive the prize this month ?
Another question, may I use open source engines like andengine ?

The deadline for the monthly prizes will be on the 6th of each month. If you submit now you will still be eligible for the July monthly prize
As long as the engine you're using (and app) work on the intel emulator (see link to emulator under Resources You'll Need) then you are free to use that engine.

The rules say that the game should be based on NDK, but andengine is java. Is it okay to use engines that do not use NDK?

could someone help me? because NDK is C++, but you said that we can use andengine, but andegine is Java. So, the only restriction it´s to work in the intel emulator?

I'm inclined to say that as long as the engine and app can run in the Intel emulator, then it's okay, but I'm just waiting for confirmation on that before I give you a definitive answer.
