Hi guys! I live in Piauí,Brazil. My friends say that I'm nerd, miracle, because I started programming at 8 years old.
I know VB.NET and a bit of C♯.
I started programming at 2009 when the most current .NET Framework was v3.5 with VB Express 2008.
At 2011, I updated to .NET 4.0(VBx and CSx) and 2012 I tried SharpDevelop, however, I only use it to convert C♯ projects to VB.NET; few times I use to create projects.

Started as a hobbyist programmer at age 15, creating small programs in Java to help make my everyday computing easier. Well, I tried to at least.

Worked my way through Red River College, going with Computer Programmer/Analyst as my major. Continued my studies part time to increase my knowledge of Visual Basic and the .NET platform.

Landed my career at Cadorath Aerospace as Lead .NET Developer.

I am also proficient in Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and VBA.

I am a former developer from germany who has worked on a broad range of technologies. Mainly i was assigned to tasks like designing, writing and implementing/integrating applications for mixed systems, debugging and troubleshooting them, also including lots of teaching on how to do all those things. I was not tied to any special systems at all, as long it could be programmed somehow, no matter in kernel or userland Smile | :) Currently i am not developing or teaching anymore. But i still try to help and contribute code and solutions, help wherever i can. I am also strongly interessted in pedagogy, especially in media pedagogy. There are a few final words i want to say here: Share your knowledge of programming, of life and all your experiences to anybody out there, to build a better and safer world. We only have one. Please try to keep it safe for all of us.

I’m retired. When I started my career, programming projects consisted of plugging wires into plug boards to create punch card processing applications to be run on electrical accounting machine like the IBM 402, 407, 085, 088, 514, 519, etc. From there, I moved to writing SPS and Autocoder applications on an IBM 1401 with 4K of memory eventually upgraded to 16K of memory. After many years of migrating my skills to various languages on various hardware platforms, I became an Information Technology Director where I didn’t need to program anymore. So, starting in 1996, I volunteered my time with a local community cable television organization and built some applications to help them run their operations. Originally in Clipper Summer 1987 and later Clipper 5.2, I migrated and enhanced those applications to VB .NET 2003 in 2003. I retired from my full-time job in 2010. Since then, I have continued to support the local community cable tv organization's applications. In 2013, I migrated the VB .NET 2003 Solution to VB .NET 2012 so that it can run on 64-bit computers and interact with Microsoft Office 2010. The upgrade went smoothly. In mid 2013, I developed a VB .NET 2012 application for them to download election results data from the Secretary of State's web site, format the results and send them to a VizRT character generator for on-air display.
