Hi all,
Am using editor and multiline textbox.user selects one of it by using radio button.I used 2 required field validators,to validate those 2 controls.
Its all fine upto here.In the button click event,in Internet explorer its working fine by displaying appropriate error message, but in mozilla it is showing two error messages at a time.
I hard coded these validators visibility to false in the appropriate radio button selected value loop.
Pls guide me any other way to forward

All I have to say is what the F**K was microsoft thinking when they made the textbox component this way. Microsoft left no easy way to trap the error code coming off a detected client side script attack. It makes no sense that there is no event to capture when a detected validation has failed. The work arounds to make something as simple as string x = Textbox.Text; is rediculous. If you work at Microsoft and you read this all I have to say is EAT MY ASS!

The time shown at the bottom of the page in Last Visit is : 6:22 Monday 2nd April, 2007. But the actual time (in India) was 4:15pm Monday 2nd April 2007. The later is the same date/time on pc as well at that instance. What could be the problem? How can I obtain the time/date from the zone where the client is located?

Hi all,
I am showing a tooltip generated by javascript on mouse over of a datagrid cell.The problem i face is that i am not able to go to next line and the tooltip spans the entire screen.I tried inserting a "br" tag but it is displayed as it is .How do i achieve this!!!

I want to create url for persons.
Suppose a person picks url name as amit..then url will be www.xyz.com/amit.
I taken one field as url in database. Now the problem is when I will type www.xyz.com/amit in browser my home page should be displayed..How to do this..?

Hi
You can keep any one file with file name from default.htm,default.html,index.html,or home.htm.
Then you can keep this file as home page or can redirect to the home page.
Working:
The IIS will search for the default file if we didn't specify the exact file name. We can set the order of search for the default file in the IIS.

Hi all,
Can we add HTML pages frameset in an ASP.NET 2.0 application. If Yes Please tell me how? If not is there any alternate method. Actually i would like to display two "aspx" pages in a single explorer window.

Yes u can or u can use Master Page concept of ASP.NET2.0.
I have not use Master Page but yes u can use frameset.

I have coded a nested GridView with images. I do not know if is it good enough for an article, want do you mean? See the nested gridview at http://kemi.wuerth.dk. type 'hhs 2000' (without '!) in the textbox (left top column) and press enter or click the search button. There is allso a mouse-over functionality on the images.
