Not a big difference. A few years back a friend of mine sent a lengthy complaint to the head of a public sector bank which put the branch manager into a deep soup. She had a very strong rapport with the local police station and during the compromise, the lady sub inspector was asking my friend, to 'delete' all copies of the email that has been sent to others. Read again. She wasn't asking to delete the copy in his Sent Items but the copy which has been sent to the recipients.
