Although it's far from done as what we need Kulbhushan to be set free, we now have a much needed sigh of relief in this matter.
Update: Meanwhile, Pakistan has made a dick move (more like, yet another dick move) by changing their legal representatives[^] for this case. There are two ways to look at it - either they're extremely brain-dead that they are actually attributing their miserable failure to this team of lawyers, or they need a pretense of "taking action" so the blame could be shifted onto the legal team members in order not to look like losers in the eyes of their citizens.
What were they actually thinking? They attempt to carry out the pre-meditated murder of an Indian national without giving him a fair trial (remember he was never taken to a civil court, ever, in Pakistan), then break the Geneva Convention by denying consular access multiple times, refuse to provide any credible evidence of the crimes they're purporting Jadhav to have committed, and then have the gall to send a bunch of boneheads to the international court of justice, hoping to "win" there. WTF?!
How many of you knew that their (dummy) prime minister wasn't even aware of all of this until Jadhav's "sentencing" was done in a military court? Their military (which is not exactly known for anything good) has been running that country either from the front, or from behind the scenes.
We should recognize Balochistan as a new country, offer military support and protection to the citizens of Baloch, and urge the rest of the world to do stand with us on that. Hopefully eventually Pak will be divided to a dozen countries including countries Pork, Sh*t, and Stan.
This is true that they didn't presented the case well and were completely under prepared. They had 90 minutes to present their side and I think they only used 50% of that. They could have used the rest to put mode details.
I am not saying anything here on their act prior to this ICJ episode but one thing is sure that they were definitely under prepared for this and were not having the correct people to represent.
They could have used the rest to put mode details.
They would have done it if they had any details with them. They couldn't do anything better not because of their unpreparedness, but because their allegations are baseless, and they have no evidence whatsoever to prove the claims they've stacked against Jadhav.
Remember, we're dealing with a country that claims complete ignorance on f***ing osama bin laden hiding within their country, and would not accept responsibility for the Mumbai terror attacks, in spite of India and the US stacking hard evidence to prove that.
These people are liars, are very dense in their heads, and are living in denial.
In which case, may I assume the privilege of recommending fluorescent pink for this particular troll? He's allowed to use it upon one condition: the bhatti stays on. While eating, trying to sleep, watching tv, or even taking a crap.
