I understand you, but these types emotion verbal abuse happen in lot of cases irrespective of religion or community in our Country like drinking and abusing Wife is also common, so as we have been giving them a chance to reunite instead of throwing those men into prison, I feel the Muslim men also should be a given a chance live their life with their wife. I understand its different in Countries where we both live, but at least in India its different.
That's why I feel like just make it null and void then give them chance to correct in their lives, even I blame Muslim scholars also in this mistake as they are in the fore-front in separating the relationship itself and over doing things. Putting him into prison neither helps the girl nor helps the man.
Someone will go to prison ONLY if they insist that they've divorced with this religious practice by attempting to enforce proceeding
Even if Wife claims he said it, still I don't know Police are overdoing things and putting him into prison - I think it can be misused or even if it is not misused, for that kind of problems just counselling and releasing the man for a better chance, would be the best option I think. When lot of Domestic Abuses by Women are also coming out in these days, these one-sided laws actually separates the families more than uniting them, on top of it the financial problems that come after he ends up in Prison adds to those problems.
It's standard procedure that the border security of any country worth its salt cancel the visas of those whose police verification record is incomplete[^] for whatever reasons. And these reasons will have been beyond the direct control of the USA in this case.
Police clearance check happens in India (as opposed to the US), so I'mm not entirely sure why this would be ridiculous, given this person's history of purported domestic violence as well. After the PCC was complete, they did issue the visa.
I remember back when the US had banned Modi from visiting until he was cleared of the communal violence charges, so I'd say the US is impartial on this front in banning some cricket player without a valid police clearance. I see absolutely no cause for concern, or opportunity to complain here.
and another reason was, there were people from here wrote signed a letter not to give him a visa
I have the feeling that a letter from a bunch of people is unlikely to be among the contributing factors that may have an effect on what the immigration department of a large, powerful country in the west will do.
This is one of the cases, you can see even wife also can at fault, I read all his story I mean linking all the events what happened.
You can understand his Wife put a case on him, then after few days she went to his home and said it her home. Then again gave paper statements, then announced joining him and his family. If events happen like this, then it should be something wrong with the lady. If he harassing her, why would she go his home again and again.
It is not that he is doing domestic voilence, it seems she is doing domestic voilence with him. Playing with that guy for his money. If he is not good man for you, just leave him alone right? Women have their own ways of harassing men - this is one example.
TMC union members asked the students to utter 'Mamata Banerjee Zindabad' & 'Trinamool Zindabad' upon refusal they slapped the girl students and 'Lynched' the professor who tried to stop the goons.
The 'intellectual' celebrity brigade(mostly from West Bengal) who wrote the letter to PM for the religious slogan has become war cry, the same brigade has consumed Fevicol on this matter. Will they write the letter to CM of West Bengal for this lynching?
I'd support this jobless leftist brigade if they utter a word for the stone-pelting against our Army in Kasmir. I'd definitely support them if they speak up against terrorists who chant religious slogan(A-H-A) before the suicide-blast.
You can have all the tools in the world but if you don't genuinely believe in yourself, it's useless.
I have been watching the proceedings of Karnataka Assembly for the past three-four days. Both parties are telling the same things again and again, and the discussion is never ending. The discussion now is whether the whip issued by Siddaramaiah is valid for the 15 legislators who are in Mumbai. Right now D K Shivakumar is quoting Mankuthimmana Kagga.
I hope at least today, they take up the confidence vote.
No Its not. Will the judge be totally secular and ask the same to a muslim offender?
I am totally fine with the judgement but i want to see the same being done to other communities as well.
Everybody is very sensitive towards one faith and not to others. either be sensitive all or none at all. Everyone is the same.
"Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction" -Pascal
I can't fathom how much can someone misunderstand something.
This is not "done" to a community, this is "done" to a person who offended the law by posting something that may/did hurt people's sentiments. The judgment is the Judge's idea of how to make that person understand that. There is nothing more to it.
Problem is why she has to do anything which is against her faith.
Like vandematram is against islam(as per some politicians and clerics) and nobody can force them to do this, and if anybody does it is against law they should be sacked.
At the same time some people are threatening hindus to be ready when Tabrez's son will take revenge and one of the so called actor supporting them, at that time country's secular fabric is intact, but when same thing does by any other community (i am not supporting any hate posts in social media) these type of judgement are passed which is against their faith.
For me law should be equal to all.
