Way back in the mists of time there was a lot of discussion on the clash of cultures between the global (mainly Western) IT culture and the rapidly developing wave of talented Indian programmers. The expectations and etiquette between the two camps was different enough that we created the GIT forum to allow Indian developers to get a feel for forum etiquette and posting expectations without the pressure of being judged outside their culture.

Oh yes! they have far more mature audience/participants with diversity in topics. In ealier days GIT had much more numbers of participants than today.
Just more curious, are you into programming/IT or management?
You can have all the tools in the world but if you don't genuinely believe in yourself, it's useless.
