This is evident from your second line.

Ah okay. And it's sorta right, Yuvi was pissed that he got dropped despite averaging 10 more than Sachin.

Yeah it was surprising. His number should have come atleast after 5 other guys.

Yeah, I hope they re-pick him for the Aussie series.

He will be picked I think. Jadeja might be sacrificed. Poor him.

How about Sachin batting at No 6? Less pressure and we won't risk losing a quick wicket when we are 2 down.

Why dragging it further. Selectors need to find the guts to do what is best for cricket.
Also if bats at 6 then it will be more humiliating to bat with tailenders and struggle.

Many other former greats have done this towards the end of their career. Lets face it. The selectors won't dare drop him. As for Sachin, he's in denial and wants to prove to his critics that he's still got it. maybe he's waiting for one good 100 before quiting. So it's up to MSD to sternly tell him that he's going to bat at #6. I think he'll actualy find the lowered pressure helpful.

Yeah specially in subcontinent it is quite common.

This more likely is the reason. But still the question is how far. In the last series you almost got helpful wickets atleast in 3-4 innings and still it didn't came. And again next team is kinda stronger than england so things are not going to be easy.

He is kind of guy who can do this but with Sachin his approach too is different.

Might go against when he see them getting runs.

True, if he's batting with someone like Ashwin, there is a risk that Ashwin will out-score him.

Yeah, cricinfo does not list it too. They are visiting us in Feb 2013 for a 4-Test series. No idea why it's not documented anywhere.

Actually as per Sandeep's post here[^] they are not touring us but we will be meeting in West Indies. Surprising as I thought they are coming to India.

Uhm no, that's wrong and the site he linked to is not official. Seems to be poor editing/writing on that site. They are indeed touring India next year.

I too felt the same then thought that the information might be correct although does not make sense to have a test series at a neutral ground.

Wow, Yuvi 3/19. So our batsmen get wickets and our bowlers get runs
|
|
|
|

Yeah we are quite consustent in this. Even our bowlers are not completing their quota.
BTW we pulled back quite well. Initially it looked like score of 180.
