Hi Sandeep,
The system is designed to avoid spurious votes to keep the voting fair. If there are multiple votes from the same IP, then the article isn't included in the monthly competition.
Sometimes people from the same company vote each other, and that's a little tricky. I think the best way to deal with that is to ask them to vote from home. What do you think?Thanks,

I got your point, but still i don't think there were lots of votes from my colleagues.
Further, while deciding/discarding one can have a look at the article and decide whether it's good or not. Or is it just the number of votes that decides the 'entry'?

The rating (highest number and quality of votes) decides entry into the competition. That's why we try to be as fair as possible by excluding entries that have a lot of votes from the same IP, in a close time frame, voting 5 each time Thanks,
