Ah.
When you delete the files you're going to get "file not found" errors. Omit Step 1.
Akram El Assas wrote: I go back to the article and I find that my *.zip are duplicated. The old *.zip files re-appear in gray.
This sounds like we need to improve the UI.
What happens is that when you upload new files to an article it keeps the old files and stores the new files under the /working directly. Your new version of your article will point to the /working files, and your current (published) version will point to the existing files. When you delete the files before uploading you're deleting the files from the current version (hence no one can download), but your new uploaded files are available for your new version (which won't be public until it's reviewed by high rep members).
The greyed out files in the list refer to files that you will be replacing with the new uploads you've just added.
Akram El Assas wrote: I publish the article. When the article is approved, I test the download links and sometimes I get this error.
This is the bit that tells me there's an issue our end.
For now, please don't delete anything. Just upload the new files and publish normally.
cheers

Hi,
I noticed that the tables in my Article[^] are no longer being formatted correctly. Yet the html editor in the article submission wizard shows the tables are formatted correctly.
Cheers,
Bill

Hi all,
I have my blog at
http://www.tranthanhtu.vn
And want to import my blog into my account, the url for syndication is
http://www.tranthanhtu.vn/syndication.axd
I go to
https://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/BlogFeed.aspx and input url into "Add Your Blog" region.
This tag is also added into web page also
<a href="https://www.codeproject.com" rel="tag">CodeProject</a>
But nothing was imported into my account, see

I really appreciate if anyone can let me know what should I do now.

Hmm. Try putting the rel-tag in the article body of the blog post (like at the end). Hopefully that will work.
Thanks,

The series is on the home page now - with all its parts - but none of the parts makes into an article - IMHO...
It seems like a blog series...[^]

Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

I have recently posted a question, my articles is also showing question count as 1 but the question is not visible. Why? By when will it be visible or will go online?
|
|
|
|

It has been marked for moderation by the spam filter (probably by mentioning a list of products and repeating that list) and is now visible after a moderator has viewed it.

Hello, I can't upload an article which text containing equations pasted from MS-Word 2016 by using CodeProject's article submission wizard. Previously, I have an experience of such articles *BUT* there was no problem with pasting text containing equations.
I've inspected the following problem and encountered that after an article has been submitted or just saved src="data:....." attribute of html-tag is omitted from the html code being uploaded using the submission wizard.
Now I'm just wondering what's the matter with the submission wizard ??
Can you help me out to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Probably best to ask at Bugs and Suggestions[^] since that forum is more closely monitored by the staff.
In the meantime, you can switch to HTML editor (source button in the editor toolbar) and make the corrections directly to HTML.

Hi. I've just started writing my article [^] using CodeProject's articles editor and I'm experiencing several issues using it. The first of all, when I'm pasting my article's text from Microsoft Word 2016 the formulas, images and tables are not displayed correctly in the article's preview. And also there's the number of space gaps occurred in the text that has been pasted from MS-Word. As well, when I've pasted and started to format the code fragments, in the preview html-code is displayed instead of the code text written in C++ after I specify the proper formatting.
Previously, I've already posted the number of articles using CodeProject's articles editor, *BUT* those issues had not persisted then.
Please help me out to correct these problems, or just guide me how to properly use the CodeProject's articles editor.
Thanks in advance, Arthur.
