I got it. I better send it to approval - it may/may not pass it!
Thank you anyway!
I'm not questioning your powers of observation; I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. (V)

Be patient, it is in the queue for the editors, and you will get some feedbvack when they have had time to review it.

Hi,
What impact it gonna make if I mark someones comments on my article as abusive/spam.
Thanks
Once the comment receives a certain number of abusive/spam reports (I think 3 or 5) the comment (and corresponding vote if there is one ) is removed.
Thanks,

I've changed one over. This one, however, Stored Procedure Generator For SQL Server[^] is kind of the perfect tip. It illustrates a problem, then shows how to solve it step by step, without having to dig too far into the how / why the solution was made / what was learned along the way.
Thanks,

Thanks!
I am very relieved now. Would have been a lot of work to rewrite.
The extra signs at the end ([^]) seam to be unlucky. Search engines can't open the link.
Ist there a way to fix it?
That [^] is just a handy link to open the URL in a new tab. It shouldn't affect the search engine search. The URL you posted was a 404 error - how exactly did you arrive at this URL?

I 've copied it from the list "My articles".
Try out both, with/without...

I 've been rebooting. Partly success.
IE10 is working propperly.
FF 29.1 isn't.
The text i see is:
"Controller or Action Not Found"
"Do not try and find the page. That’s impossible. Instead only try to realise the truth:"
"There is no page."
I also can't open the URL offered by:
http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/Latest.aspx?at=1,3,7
Since IE10 can oben the URL above but FF can't i gues it's a Problem with the FF or it's cache.
TANK YOU very much so far!!!

Hmmmm ... I am also able to open all those links.

www.codeproject.com/Tips/772004/Obtaining-bank-statements-using-Decision-Logic-web
Above tip was approved and deleted later. May i know what is the reason, please?
It looks as though it was deleted because someone decided that the link to Decision Logic could be classified as spam. When writing an article, it's always worth remembering that we should not put any pressure on a reader to have to sign up to any service that costs money if they want to follow your article.

Can i resubmit the article if links are removed? Please advice.
Thanks
If someone has to sign up to Decision Logic to run your article, you're going to need the links, and the article will be probably be treated the same way by the community. If you can use another, free, provider for your article then you should be okay.

Thank you for the reply. To obtain something like bank statement via online, it won't be free of charge since case is too sensitive. If somebody signed up with third party and looking for an article on Code Project, he or she would be disappointed. So what if somebody posts an article about Visual Studio paid edition, which won't be free of charge. Point you have mentioned here to post article only free stuff which would narrow the usage of Code Project surfers. Please note that we are not sponsoring anyone and article created on personnel experience.
Nevertheless I agree with you on links should not lead to any marketing stuffs.

I agree that this is one of those areas that's quite tricky. As this is a site for developers, there's a reasonable chance that they will have access to Visual Studio, but if there were a feature of it - let's call it Visual Studio Uber Superydoopery Expensive - and the article required you to sign up to a service to get access to that, then it probably wouldn't get authorised either, especially if you have to speak to a representative to get a price for it.
Now, if the company were to offer this to CodeProject as a sponsored article - i.e. they actually paid CP to host it for them, then the rules are different. As it is, the link to data that is only available if you pay for it marks this as free advertising (or spam). Sorry.

Hi,
I have posted an article "A simple Autosave/Recovery paint application" on 8-May-2012 and have uploaded the executable and source code in different zip files. However, I do not see them appearing as a link in my article.
Kindly suggest a way to link to link the uploaded files.
