First of all, please use a descriptive topic for your post next time, instead of "urgent". You'll likely get more replies if you stick with a descriptive topic.
In order to help you diagnose your problem, can you tell us what isn't working? Have you setup a debug breakpoint in the code to see whether the directory already exists?

Turn the slashes the right way.
System.IO.DirectoryInfo dI= new DirectoryInfo(@"c:\mydir\mysubdir");

Hopefully a quick one!!!
How can you get a menu to work like radio buttons, ie, you check 1 and all the others in the sub menu uncheck?
An example is the view --> arrange icons by --> (name, size, type, modified) in an file explorer window.
I could do it manually but was just wondeing if i am overlooking a property that will do it for me!!!
TIA

I am using String.Format("{0 ,0}",variable) to format numbers with thousands separators the point is if I have an integer value of 0 I always get 00 as a result so is there a way to avoid this?

I guess you need to ask them. Doesn't intellisense tell you ? We plainly cannot, we don't even know what you're talking about.

You can't. Remember, your web app runs on the server, not the client.

The only workaround I can think of is having a front page that displays your "splash screen", then redirects to you actual main page.

Hi,
I am bulding a Windows application through C# and I want to integrate that with ActiveDirectory(AD), also i want users(not part of AD) to login into my application. that i have done with a simple .mdb. but i want my AD users to simply double Click my Application and get started. How can i do this in C#? I mean how can i authenticate those users(I can not ask them for password).
Also, I have alredy added some 40 around forms. and i want those forms to be launched if the user is of a specific type(for ex: Admin,Site Admin,General User.. etc). How can i put the minimum amount of code within these froms so that i need not change the whole code.
Please advice.
Thanks In Advance

Hi.
I am using several datagridviews in my program. When I am scrolling down to the last row, there is always a little bit of free space under it in each case.
Is there a way to remove this space and make the last row fit exactly to the bottom of the control?
Simply changing the control size doesn't work, because the rows can have different hights (depending on the data that is loaded) and also the user must be allowed to change the row's hight.

hi,
if you don't need to add new rows you can set the allowToAddRows to false. This will make the last empty row disapear.
