Holds a minified link at the end to sign up for something. I have warned the author in a comment when the article was still in moderation, but it got through and now the comment is gone.
I did not report the author, nor the article; I think it would be ok just to ask the author to remove the spammy minified link.

I also posted him a message about both the links (minified == spam, normally) and the copyright on the images. Yes, he links to the image source for the first one, but that page is copyright and contains no licence to use them.
I'll post another message, and let him have some time to respond - then kill it if he doesn't.

Looks like it's another blog posted as an article. The bit.ly link seems to go to the signup form for his MailChimp list.

Indeed. And if there are any doubts, why not contact me and ask me before approving the article/post? It's because of the comment on the post that I want looking for this forum, I had no idea this forum existed until 10 minutes ago.
I've used a bit.ly link to my Mailchimp signup page before, I had no idea this was regarded as spam.
In the meantime that link was apparently removed, a link to an excerpt from a book was altered to point to a nonexisting file on CP. The other links go to my blog, which has been online for ages.
I can show an Invoice for the images, and communication with the illustrator, but since this contains my personal address etc I'd rather not upload it in a public place.

You can ask for help in Article Writing Discussion Boards[^]. CP Editors look there pretty often and might dig to see what happen / repair the links

Well, I also never saw your comment I'm afraid.
I have no spammy intentions, but I can indeed appreciate a couple of new signups for my mailinglist and I've gotten valuable, interesting long-lasting contacts this way. I checked the submission guidelines and I didn't get the impression I had done something wrong.

I can acknowledge the value which your mailing list contacts may represent to you.
But, on your side, you should also acknowledge that we have to fight against spammers on a daily basis, and that a minified link in an article does not help up in this task, at all.
I did not report your account, though, because I had the impression that indeed your intention was not spamming (plus, you are not a new user, you already have published other articles, and even won some prizes a couple of times); but, please, avoid minified links in your publications

I would like to explain the links are not my company website, it's the documentation of RDO.Net, just github pages: GitHub - DevZest/RDO.Doc: RDO.Net Documentation[^]
And the RDO.Net is also open source project under MIT license: GitHub - DevZest/RDO.Net: Relational Data Objects for .Net[^]
Only the tools part is commercial (the link is microsoft website). It's not mandatory to use with RDO.Net, just like .Net Core and Visual Studio. It's pretty common when you write article about .Net, you will explain how to work with it in Visual Studio, and Visual Studio is also commercial.
Please reconsider, or let me know if I can make any change to the article. It's definitely not a spam, at least not my intention to post a spam.

The problem is that the links don't go to GitHub, they go to your site - and there are a lot of them!
If the documentation is available via github, then link directly to that, as there is no commercial aspect, and it can't be considered as site driving spam.
When you add that your profile consists of just what appears to be a company name - the same as all the links point to - and a single sentence you start to look more and more like a spammer.
I don't think you intended to spam - or at least I hope not - but we get a lot of that, and most of it is deliberate.
I'll remove the report link for the moment so you don't get kicked off, and let you repost the article, but if you could replace the "devzest" links with direct GitHub ones, that would help. Be aware that I'm far from the most "trigger happy" member here, and if it looks like spam again, the chances are you'll be kicked!
