None of this users answers are actual answers. Also answered a few of his own questions...
Found an answer to an old post where a user was complaining about their article being stolen and this guy in question says its not illegal to steal ones articles nor is it a crime...

I think he is posting replies/updates as answers. But I cannot see any spam in his posts.

What about it? It was posted eight years ago and expresses an opinion. And even if the opinion is wrong, it is still not spam.
