When Custom TabControl C#[^] was in moderation I put a message on the article that it needs more explanations and a download, still got through... I'm afraid it isn't an article at this point.
Edit: Actually some discussion already in here Smell like plagiarized ? - CodeProject[^], but not necessarily plagiarized.
So at least incomplete.

I'd agree - it's not an article yet.
But I'm not convinced it's plagiarised. Yes there are similarities, but they are messages that I'd kinda expect to be similar because there aren't that many ways to format an error message!
But it's "unclear or incomplete" to me, and shouldn't have been published in it's current state.

This [^] article is having full of code with out any explanation (it is not having any sense), and most of the code is copied from GitHub[^], author of the original code is different. (search for code line 'Tried to set the SelectedTab' and many more)
by member[^]
I have flag it as plagiarized but Meanwhile it is published Custom TabControl C#[^]

The rest of the code doesn't look that copied - the structure is different, as so forth.
But it's not an article yet, and shouldn't have got through.
