This guy asked this question in Q&A, and posted the same question under < former link of the post >
I replied to his comment under the article asking him to remove the double post, anyway I reort also here to let the board know.
EDIT: links removed

I have deleted both (yours and his) messages on the article and left the QA Item alive.
You might edit your post and delete the links. In my opinion it is not an abuse, just a lazy user
You have already warned him. If you see he starts crossing posts another time, then we can take other options, at the moment I would give him a second chance

Edited. I know it isn't spam but it was something in need of moderation - kind of a borderline situation. Is there a better place where to post this kind of situations?
EDIT: darn typos, always waiting in the corners.

I didn't say you took the wrong option. I just said that is a new user that seems lazy. For 1st offense a warning (what you already did) is OK. Reposting has been dealt with.
If you see he ignores the warning and continues doing the same, then is something to be considered as abuse and you can rise it another time here

It's a rubbishy question, but it's possibly genuine.
I guess we need to wait and see if there is a pay load. So far, it's pretty innocuous.

Thats the reason i meant this post just to have close eye by not mentioning member profile.

His answer to this QA question[^] isn't - it links to a commercial product.
Given the similarity in the questions, and the fact that the question has been voted "5" despite being very poor, I suspect there might be some sock-puppetry going on as well.

I actually made an attempt to answer it...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

His answer to this QA question[^] with a very similar theme links to a commercial product.
Methinks it's kicking time.
