This one: An Introduction to Basic Algorithms of Machine Learning (Part 3)

To me it looks like the code has been ripped from machinelearninginaction/bayes.py at master · pbharrin/machinelearninginaction · GitHub.
For example see trainNB0 or bagOfWords2Vec

Also based on Google searches the texts might be from Manning | Machine Learning in Action but since I don't own the book I can't tell for sure.

The author is already gone but there are a few articles still remaining. Listed here: Re: Plagiarized article
