Oh yes... they are following it... another thing is that they are doing it bad (luckily for us)

Currently it seems to be "Do mo(re) evil".
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

In May of last year, Google officially rolled out a night mode for the Search apps on Android and iOS. Google.com on desktop web is now officially getting its dark theme. "Don't give in to hate. That leads to the dark side."

Let me correct you:

That's the full Sith mantra, yes. I just chose the first bit of Yoda's quote on it[^].
But now that I think of your fix, you're right - Dark mode does eventually lead to suffering

More than two million web servers worldwide are still running on outdated and vulnerable versions of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) software according to research from CyberNews. Good thing no one attacks those
The good news is that most of them seem to be pirated copies of Windows?
Or it could just be that people are still arguing over whether IIS stands for Internet Information Services or Server.

As the majority of the desk-based workers lurched to working from home during the pandemic-induced lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, communication between teams fell and working hours increased. There's no 'I' in 'Teams', and there's no 'Teams' in 'Microsoft'
I'd second their snarky comment about "why aren't they using Teams to collaborate", except I've used Teams.

I found myself wanting to know the stats for teams involved in the various teams involved in NET, the Framework, Visual Studio, Maui, Core, C#, etc.
Assuming they ... ever ... have time to communicate given their mission to roll out new previews which are unusable frequently.

We have a daily standing zoom meeting from 4am to 2:30pm. If anyone wants to jump in and collaborate, they can.
Mostly, it's just the contractors, but every now and then, a civ employee will join the call. We've been doing this for over a year, and it works out fine. If we need to share a screen, we move to Teams on our work laptops.

So you get "the hallway effect" without being around each other.
Is the zoom call on your working machine, or a side one? (as I hate to be on camera during meetings, let alone all day)

Zoom is run from our personal machines. We don't run our cameras, and our mics are muted until we have something to say.
