I have 35 to 60 minutes commute one way. When I work from home, I can get one hour more sleep and work 45 minutes longer, without decreasing my "spare" time at home.
On the other hand... I suppose there really are people out there that can't say no and are getting "abused" at home.
Luckily for me, that's something I learnt long ago.

With Windows 10, you’ve got an almost limitless number of ways to customize it. And the tech giant is now working on another personalization feature that will suggest tools and services based on how you plan to use your device. Is there an option for "scan for news items"?

Please keep it going, we would miss you. No way a machine can deliver the same comments as you.
On the other hand... and coming back to topic...
Quote: With Windows 10, you’ve got an almost limitless number of ways to customize it. Bullshit. Simple, plain and utterly bullshit.
Try to customize security, updates, drivers and other system things.
They don't even let you choose the icons, they change them when they want and roll out without asking you.
Quote: And the tech giant is now working on another personalization feature that will suggest tools and services based on how you plan to use your device. So this is the reason we are going to see publicity in the new version of Notepad and co?
Besides... If I don't know what I am wanting to do in a while, how the will it now what I am planing to do?

“There was no history of my ever purchasing it, or ever owning it,” said one confused NFT buyer. “Now there’s nothing. My money’s gone.” Because "A fool and their money is soon parted."
Either that or it's just the universe wants us to be happy (at someone else's expensive expense)

It’s an interesting question to ponder: what if computers could tell stories? Roll D20 for initiative before destroying all humans

Microsoft is adding a dedicated OEMDRIVERS folder to Windows 10 that will be used to store third-party drivers. Probably best not to delete that one

One thing that I have always been hoping for as a XAML developer is deeper connectivity between the XAML and the View-Model. Why write the code when you can click things to get it written?

The release of Project Reunion 0.5 is the starting point for your ability to build and ship Windows apps at a much faster pace without waiting for the Windows OS to update with new features. "Come together, right now, over me"
Seemed like just a few weeks back they had the preview. I'm glad they had the chance to fix any bugs people found.

Tools research is still light-years ahead of what’s being deployed. It is not unusual at all to read a 20 year-old paper with a tool empirically shown to make programmers 4x faster at a task, and for the underlying idea to still be locked in academia.
