IOW, it is most likely to be contamination by Tritium, but we'll go with "axions", because that sounds much sexier.
Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two make four. If that is granted, all else follows.

Uber has open-sourced Piranha, their tool for automated clean up of stale code caused by feature flags that are no longer required. Use it or lose it

I think HoldMyBeer would probably be a better name for an automated code clean up tool.

My static analysis tool finds data that is never read, but deleting it may not be safe because there could be side effects where it is initialized or subsequently written. 🍺🍺🍺

indeed- refactoring code is definitely one of the best ways to break code

There are three thrilling new updates for the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) in the new Windows Insider Preview Build 20150. "Thrilling", "Linux", and "Preview Build". Three terms that I don't want to see together

Google's support for Microsoft's TypeScript in Angular was a key turning point for the young extension to JavaScript Why bother making it a success yourself, when your competitors can do it for you?

TypeScript took off because coding in pure JavaScript is like, hmmm, I don't think I can come up with an appropriate analogy.

A bit like how Rx (also in Angular), invented by Microsoft, seems to be used mostly by non-Microsoft stack developers , while most Microsoft-stack developers have never heard of it!

Microsoft has filed a DMCA complaint against a modified version of Windows named Ninjutsu OS. The creator of the piece of the software is accused of customizing Windows 10 in a way that breaks the terms of the company’s software license agreement. They really, really want you to play Candy Crush, don't they?

I don't understand this. How could anyone think that distributing a derivative of Windows would be legal?
You're not allowed to create derivative works of commercially licensed software and distribute them whether you charge for them or not.

Developer Experience is a term with a self-declaring meaning — the experience of developers — but it eludes definition in the sense that people invoke it at different times for different reasons referring to different things. I don't know, but if I get another 100xp, I make it to 6th level!
And then I can get Fireball!
It is still at 6th, isn't it? They didn't change that from AD&D? I'm a few editions out of touch.
First time I think I've seen a desktop web page designed for only viewing on a phone in portrait mode. Mobile First(tm), I guess.
