If you think businesses are souring on their IT processes, you should see networking. Have you met those guys?
All love to the networking guys, really. Don't shut off my ports, please!

We are giving the opportunity to use PVS-Studio static code analyzer for free, for educational purposes, so that individual developers and enthusiastic teams could also fully use it. Free as in "first hit"

I think pvs-studio is a good tool, but it's not a silver bullet. It'll find a few bugs in your code, which often are just potential bugs, rather than real bugs. Still worth trying (especially considering that it's now free).

In this GOTO Copenhagen 2016 talk, Mads Torgersen invites you to play around in the key of C#, see why it’s not your uncle’s, and discover where the language is headed. "Take another look. Please another look."
Probably nothing new here for people (especially if you're already using C# and looking towards 7), but handy all in one spot.

Ah, yes, blind adherence to bureaucratic policy. The bane of human existence.
Actually, GOTO is sometimes the better, more elegant solution.

How many goto's have you used while doing C#, JavaScript or SQL queries?

One.
Because it was the right tool for that job.
Is it considered that evil, that I feel the urge to justify myself for using it?

The last goto I used was in 1993, in some C code. The last I saw was in 2010, in some C code written by an otherwise brilliant hardware engineer.
