User Voice: How Microsoft's feedback loop really works Terrence Dorsey4-Apr-12 10:18 Terrence Dorsey 4-Apr-12 10:18  Robert MacLean[^]: A while back Microsoft started spinning up loads of uservoice.com (UV) sites to collect feedback. There is an odd issue I see on UV. As technology users & developers we are taught to give the most detail possible. However, in UV, it seems that Microsoft ignores that and favours those who do and give very little. Microsoft apparently wants you to just complain, not to offer solutions.
