Are you kidding? I use SO multiple times a day, particularly when working with Javascript, but C# too, usually for arcane LINQ expressions. Today I was perusing extracting table and column information from SQL Server, SO was quite helpful.

I read about a third of a brilliant book, recently, on the topic of how using "motivation" techniques is a complete waste of time.
Well, I say it was brilliant, because the core rationalisation was brilliant -- but the implementation was cr@p (it certainly didn't deserve a book-length text), so I couldn't find enough motivation to read the whole thing.
