This guy is a complete Linux fan-numpty. The Windows kernel is pretty much rock solid and is the bit that doesn't need replacing with a bunch of flaky Linux kernel-of-the-week implementations.
What needs changing is the culture of trying to look as pretty as the iCrap stuff, running on a phone, while skipping over the needs of real desktop users. I'm sure the next version of the Windows graphic shell will have an interface for people who wear boxing gloves... oh, hang on - it already does.

Ummmm, the Linux kernel is updated every couple of years. It's the 1,001 Linux distributions, dozens of UIs, and half a dozen package updaters that are the primary problems with Linux.

Today, we’re announcing .NET Core 3.0 Release Candidate 1. Just like with Preview 9, we’ve focused on polishing .NET Core 3.0 for a final release. We are now getting very, very close. We intend to release the final version on September 23 at .NET Conf. I'm sure they'll fix all the bugs you find by next week

Microsoft has acknowledged another problem in Windows 10 version 1903 where user's are reporting that their network adapters suddenly stop working after installing a cumulative update. Don't worry - it will be fixed in the previous patch

Ouch.
I guess no one in Redmond thinks about testing with Intel and Broadcom chipsets? (they're so rare after all  ) Kind of makes downloading the fix a little more difficult.
