Maybe I'm not reading it right, but I can't find anything on EDX's page that says summer. In fact, I see "third quarter" which is most certainly not summer.
Does anyone know anything about this? Did I miss something?

Microsoft finalized its upcoming Windows 8.1 Update recently, but the company appears to be sharing it a little early today. While the software maker is expected to release the update officially in April, Microsoft has only detailed a few of the features in the update and has not yet provided an official release date. Hardly the first time I've seen an article stating that. I've always summed it up as the problem being that only men are stupid enough in large numbers to let their employers elephant them where the sun don't shine for a bigger paycheck.
