I'm not sure which part of that I find most horrifying. That parts of it would require pervasive workplace surveillance at a level that would make today's worst dystopian hellholes *cough*amazonwarehouses*cough* seem positively utopian in comparison; or that they think working on text documents without real keyboards is a viable concept.
