I just installed 1903 on my main machine at home and after 1+hours of the percentage installing showing 27% the update completed.
I was excited until I discovered that my ethernet adapter was no longer connecting to the interwebs.
I updated the driver and tried a bunch of things then I decided to just switch the modem on and off again which fixed the connection issues.

According to WCJB, city manager “Joe Helfenberg confirmed that the director of information technology, Brian Hawkins, was fired” as a result of the attack. The buck stops there
