Just one person of 29-or-younger is all it needs to make an IT project five times more challenging.
I must say... that not all youngsters are that bad and not all elder are that good.

I know / have trained younger people than me and I had the whole spectrum. From people that didn't know how to do things but willing to learn and with working brains (a.k.a. they just needed some guidance until they get a bit of experience) up to zombie idiots that were more a dead weight than any help.

Same in the other way... elder workers that taught me a lot and other ones that were like a zero on the left side and the only thing you could learn from them was how NOT to do anything (what actually is something useful)

In my experience, the worst ones are the ones that being a bit (or very) skilled refuse to talk to / to hear other co-workers because they think they are the best / most intelligent. And even being it (really good), if they are solo players / arrogant assh..., they can still end causing more problems than solving them.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.
