An American coffee cup is defined as 6 fluid ounces (177ml).
And then some marketing genius figured out that if you redefine that to 5 oz (739ml), you can get 12 cups out of a coffee maker instead of 10.
All I know is that the vessel I drink coffee out of can only be filled 4 times per pot.

Every other engineering discipline has built modern computational tools: for computer aided design, simulation and testing, and for manufacturing. But programming hasn’t progressed significantly since the 1970s. Maybe if we added fins and a racing stripe it might look new?
Or maybe all the failed visual languages should tell the author something?

While the theme is designed for modern devices, there is definitely room for a modern website. It is likely that at this point, the font itself is out of date, but there are ways to adapt it in any fashion you need.

If they are not thoroughly vetting apps, if they are actively removing products which offend Apple's sensibilities, if they make "side-loading" or other app sources difficult or impossible, then yeah, have fun in court.

On the other hand, if a user should happen to download an app from somewhere else and then have a virus or other malware on their phone from that download; they would hold Apple liable for not protecting them in the first place.
Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

The entire issue sounds like dirty politics against Apple; consumers don't file anti-trust lawsuits to make 99-cent apps cheaper.
I'm wondering what the lawsuit's real purpose is.
