Analogy: So he has to blow up and rebuild Macy's to fix a wobbly leg on his table?
To reset the calculator to the default display because Win10 is so Improved and Robust he has to do something completely unrelated to the calculator when it breaks doing something incredibly simple that it is supposed to be able to do? Wow! Lucky this O/S is less than a decade old or it might be in danger of just working.
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.
You'll be thrilled with this video from Build 2017 then. They spent nearly an hour explaining all the visual effects that have gone into some upcoming version of calc.exe. I'm almost not kidding. That's almost an hour of my life I'll never get back.
You know you've dropped the ball somewhere along the way when you have to spend that much time explaining visual effects that are so subtle, people wouldn't have noticed them otherwise.
Back on the topic at hand: Just grab calc.exe from Windows 7. Or XP. Or 95.
But in case of Switzerland: The "owner" of the WIFI- Network is responsible what happens on his net... means if somebody uses your unsecured network for iligeal things you (the Network owner) is responsible for that. So I think I helped more than I violate. ?
Not to speak about, what Youngsters can join, what they can't at home
Basically if someone breaks in and you didn't lock the door it's not really a break in.
I'm guessing windows have same rule, and it's probably originally introduced so insurance company's could get out off paying...
Same thing with confronting a burglar. Law states you can only do it with "equal weapons".
So first you have to ask the burglar if he has a knife / gun / potato peeler.
Then ask him to wait till you get the same weapon.
And then you can defend yourself with the same weapon.
Stupid but ... politicians you know ...
