Write to the MD - he will probably not read it, but his PA will hand it down to the appropriate manager.
What I do when suppliers go further than they needed to is send the helpful lady a small box of chocolates. You'd be amazed how well received they can be! (Not advised for sending to guys though - might give the wrong message)
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
It's not often I hear anything nice about a RTO, but PJM has done some really solid work. We rely often on a 300+ page study they published years ago comparing ampacities of conductors and bus bars for substations and transmission lines; it's a work of art. Let the powers-that-be over there know what an excellent resource this guy is!
Happily, the only lot I have to deal with is WAPA, and they're a pretty decent bunch, despite their ridiculous Federal bureaucracy. The neighbors across the river have to cope with CAISO, and that's a nightmare beyond description. Fortunately for them, we've managed to stay under the radar while supplying the town from WAPA's BA, as no other transmission provider is willing to build a line out to them.
If you happen to know who their boss is (or someone of management status)... email them and let them know. I've had customers do that with me and well, it feels good to know people appreciate your effort, specially when they think so highly of it that they go out of their way to make your superiors know it.
